（中央社記者游凱翔台北26日電）由數位時代雜誌主辦的「2015 Meet Taipei創新創業嘉年華」今天在花博爭艷館登場，國民黨總統參選人、新北市長朱立倫在開幕致詞中，針對台灣經濟的何去何從，提出3點見解。

朱立倫指出，最近許多民眾擔憂台灣經濟問題，他認為首先台灣不應把門關上，不管是加入任何國際貿易組織、經貿協定都相當重要，因此主張「台灣經濟要開放」。

他也提到，從最近行政院跟執政黨推動的很多創意可以發現，過去挹注大量資金設置科技大廠的時代已經過去，現在靠的是年輕人的頭腦、創意，因此「產業一定要轉型」；另外，對年輕人應從輔導轉為支持，應該「簡單化」，將法令規章管制降到最低，從輔導轉為支持。

「2015 Meet Taipei 創新創業嘉年華」是由數位時代雜誌主辦、台北市產發局指導，今天起在花博爭艷館舉辦為期3天的嘉年華活動，現場共分5大專區，其中的新創主題展共約100個新創團隊進駐。
